What I love about flowers

Apart from the aesthetic appeal and visual attraction, what do you love about flowers the most?

For me it is that they spread their scent to everyone who comes around. That's irrespective of how 'eligible' or 'worthy' a person is. Whether it's a black guy or transgender or poverty-stricken, everyone is welcome.

Also, a flower doesn't think, "What am I getting in return by spreading 'my' fragrance". It is well aware that it is not 'its' fragrance in the first place.

A flower is gifted with a scent and it is just sharing that gift with everyone. Why be egoistic about it?
