Hey Explorers, hope you’re well.

I had an epiphany recently while traveling on the railways.

Remember we learned in English class that a sentence is made of:

Subject + Verb + Object

In pure awareness according to Advaita Vedanta: Subject, Object, and Verb are all one!

Our school conditioning instills a firm belief in a Subject performing or observing an action.

So that means that awareness happens on its own.

There’s no one who is aware and nothing to be aware of, right?

That means no Subject doing Verb-ing with the Object.

Due to our school conditioning, we firmly believe in a Subject performing or observing some action.

But this might not be the case.

In theory, a doer isn’t needed. It could all happen with or without our connivance or knowledge.

Don't you think?

Yoga means the same

Yoga means communion.

When no ‘two’ remains.

When two become ‘one’.

Again non-Duality.

Today, Day equals Night.

Both are equal and one.

Love Unites. Yoga Unites.

What do you think if in school we are taught there is no Subject (doer) nor an Object (done upon) but only the act of 'doing', will it be easier for us to become Whole Explorers then?
