Why not, if that's the reality?

Why do we let our rational mind jump in with judgements and opinions and post-incident biased colours which are conditioned responses that we were forced to learn during our childhood?

But letting the emotional mind run amuck like a wild horse is also not beneficial, neither to the reader nor to the writer, right?

We have to find the middle path then!
