Waiting For the End to Come

I wrote this one around 10 years ago. A lot has changed since then

Waiting For the End to Come
Picture by the author. Captured in Uttarakhand, India.

There’s nothing left,
Waiting for the end.
Neither afraid of life,
Nor scared to die.

Out of choices
Moving for the sake of motion.
Happiness makes me cry,
And you leave my tears to dry.

Thought I was missed,
Feeling bad after disillusionment.
No point in missing me now,
I’m gone and you know the reason.

Remember me dear,
Show your love when someone’s near.
Everyone looks good from there
But here, all shine disappears.

Alone and still alive,
Time to cease the thoughts,
And let go of even gravity.
But don’t worry, darling
I will meet you on the other side,
You just get ready.
